Step One:
When handling a client with their contact card open, once you are done with the interaction you will see that you can disposition.

Step Two:
When you click on disposition a window will appear with disposition codes that you can choose from. If the interaction was successful then you would choose successful. Then you would click Done.

Step Three:
Once you disposition the contact card you had dealt with. You will see above the information that it says it has been successfully dispositioned or whichever code you chose to appear.
