Step One:
To change your username go to the top right of your zailab dashboard and click the settings icon.

Once you have clicked the settings icon, click where it says Edit Profile.

After clicking on the Edit Profile option you will see your personal information page.
To edit your username you would click on the small pen icon.
Indicated below:
Step Four:
When clicking on the small pen, a small box will open up with the change name page.
There you will see your Full Name as well as Surname.
In the relevant areas add the information you would like to reflect on your Agent dashboard.

Step Five:
Once you have put the information you want to reflect on your agent dashboard you would then select "done".

Once you click DONE you will then see your personal information page, If the name change was successful then it will reflect on your personal information page.
