Getting Started:
As an Administrator, you have the ability to upload or create your own audio onto the platform.
To do this simply follow the steps below:
Step 1:
From the Administration dashboard, select the “Audio” tile.
From here you will be taken to the All Audio view.
Step 2:
Select the plus symbol (+) located on the top right-hand side of your dashboard.
This will then open the “Add Audio File” dialog box.
Step 3:
From this dialog box give your audio a name
Now you can decide to either upload an audio file or create your own text-to-speech audio.
Uploading your own audio:
Step 1:
With the “Upload Audio” tab selected, click on the “Choose file” button
Step 2:
Now you can find the audio in question on your machine and select it., once you have selected the audio, the file name will appear within the dialog box.
*imp - Audio files must be in the following format:
- .wav file
- 16 bit resolution
- 8000 Hz sample rate
- Mono channel
- File not bigger than 10mb
Step 3:
By default, the English language is selected in the language field, if you are only uploading a single audio message then you can leave the selected language (if you are uploading Multiple audio messages please see the section “Uploading Mulitple Audio messages within a Single Audio File”) and click on the plus symbol located on the right-hand side.
Your audio will then be uploaded, while the audio is uploading a red cloud will be shown next to the name of the audio.
Once the audio has successfully been uploaded the cloud will change to green.
Step 4:
Once the audio message has been successfully uploaded click on the “Done” button to complete the process.
Uploading Mulitple Audio messages within a Single Audio File:
Step 1:
With the “Upload Audio” tab selected, click on the “Choose file” button
Step 2:
Now you can find the audio in question on your machine and select it., once you have selected the audio, the file name will appear within the dialog box.
*imp - Audio files must be in the following format:
- .wav file

- Mono channel
- File not bigger than 10mb
Step 3:
Select the appropriate language for the Audio message you want to upload. The selected language in no way affects the audio within the message that you have uploaded.
*Imp - the first audio message that you upload will be set as the default audio message unless otherwise stated it plays wherever this audio file is used.
Step 4:
After selecting the appropriate language, click the plus symbol (+) located on the right-hand side of the language selection to upload the audio.
Your audio will then be uploaded, while the audio is uploading a red cloud will be shown next to the name of the audio.
Once the audio has successfully been uploaded the cloud will change to green.
Step 5:
Repeat steps 1 to 4 to upload additional audio messages within this single Audio file.
You will need to select a unique Language for each audio message you upload.
Step 6:
Once you have uploaded all the relevant audio messages click “Done” to save your audio file.
When viewing the audio file on your dashboard you will see the various audio messages associated with it.
*imp - each language selected has its own short code, when implementing the multi-audio message feature into a Work Flow, the unique shortcode will be required to select which of the audio messages from the selected audio file gets played.
Creating your own Text-to-Speech Audio:
Step 1:
Select the “text to speech” tab.
Step 2:
Select your desired language (this will affect the accent of your text-to-speech audio).
Step 3:
Select the speech rate for your message (this will affect how quickly the audio is read).
Step 4:
Type your desired message in the “Your message” input field.
After you typed out your audio message you are able to listen to it before saving the audio.
Step 5:
After you have completed the above steps click on “Done” to save your audio message.
