When an agent logs out of their dashboard, they will no longer be able to receive incoming interactions and will reflect as offline.
Please follow the steps below to log out of the agent dashboard successfully:
1. The agent must make sure they are off-duty or else the logout button will be greyed out.
2. Once the agent has toggled their on-duty/off-duty switch to off-duty the logout button will be clickable and allow them to log out of their agent dashboard.
3. Once the agent has logged out of their agent dashboard, they will be directed back to the sign-in page as shown below

*imp - Please be advised that an agent will not be able to successfully log out of their agent dashboard while being on duty, the logout button will be greyed out as seen below.
Closing the browser window does not log an agent out.
