To access the chat functionality and Zai Support Portal knowledge base, users must create an account and log into the Zai Support Portal.
Step 1:
Click on the log-in button in the browser window's top right-hand corner.
Step 2:
If you are a new user click the sign-up link, if you have already created an account, input your email address and click on next.
Step 3:
Input your email address and click on “Send link” to receive your sign-up link.
Step 4:
Once you have received your email click on “sign up”.
Step 5:
You will now be asked to input your name and create a password, once you have completed those steps click on Sign up.
After completing the sign-up process you will now have access to the Zai Support Portal chat, and knowledge base as well as be able to see all requests logged by you.
